How to make paper tissue pom poms!

Things your gonna need:
- Pipe cleaners (you can get the fuzzy sticks at Walmart in the craft section for $1)
- Scissors
- Jewelry wire (or fishing wire, whichever you prefer)
- Tissue paper (at least twelve sheets of the same color, the more sheets the better)
1. Lay out the color you want, with at least twelve sheets,
the more sheets the fuller the pom.
2. You need to fold the paper like an accordion, about 1"
wide.
It should look like this once you have folded it all the way.
3. Next tie a pipe cleaner to the middle of the pom,
this is what will center your pom, and also what you will
tie the fishing line to.
4. Next cut the edges of the pom, depending on how you
cut it is how the pom's tips will look(you can do round or pointy
both look good)
I choose a rounded edge.
5. Repeat the cut on the other end, should look something
like this.
6. Fan out one side of the pom like so.
7. Then pull the individual sheets of paper apart to
make it look full.
8. Repeat these steps to the other side of
the pom.
9. Ta-Da! Just fluff it out and it should look similar to this
PS. the wire is for the end with the pipe cleaner so you can
hang it from the ceiling that way it looks like it is floating.
FYI. Don't set the poms down for to long, eventually they will
become flat on one side, and wont look good anymore.
